Shipment policy

We only accept orders with shipment within the European Union (EU).

We ship once a week on Friday.

All orders received by Thursday 23:59 Central European Time will be shipped on Friday.

You will receive a shipment notification by email.

No refunds are possible once an order is shipped.

If a shipment arrives badly damaged, please send us information and pictures by email.
